TFG is a leading POS Solution and Electronic Financial Transaction service provider with having more than 10,000 POS Devices installed in the country. Their biggest challenge was complaint management and support services. They wanted to have a mobile app solution where customer can lodge complaint using the app and it should immediately notify to the relevant engineer on his app. Engineer should close the complaint after fixing it using app. App should also monitor engineers location.

After performing research on business and customers of client we designed information architecture to organize content so that users would easily adjust to the functionality of the new website and could find everything they need without big effort.
Instead of trying to combine the functionality and creative/branding aspects of the website in one step, we design wireframes to ensure that these elements are taken in one at a time.
This allows client (and other team members)
to provide back earlier in the process.
