With having more than 10,000 POS Devices installed in the country. Their biggest challenge was complaint management and support services. They wanted to have a mobile app solution where customer can lodge complaint using the app and it should immediately notify to the relevant engineer on his app. Engineer should close the complaint after fixing it using app. App should also monitor engineers location.
