Client’s website was lacking in key branding elements which failed to clearly communicate the essence of the brand. These elements include a dated website design template with outdated content and no obvious Call-to- Action buttons for potential prospects to act upon.
A centralized database system were also missing to smartly manage activities of sales, support, and marketing.
January 2017 - October 2018
After performing research on business and customers of client we designed information architecture to organize content so that users would easily adjust to the functionality of the new website and could find everything they need without big effort.
Instead of trying to combine the functionality and creative/branding aspects of the website in one step, we design wireframes to ensure that these elements are taken in one at a time.
This allows client (and other team members)
to provide back earlier in the process.
“I personally love ‘can-do’ attitude of ntier team towards our entire project, which was big and involves multiple level of integration with our core system, and their willingness to meet our needs – both creative and budgetary! We had a fairly intense approval process on our end, but ntier team always made working together easy from new needs popping up, to last minute changes. Thank you ”
